Oregano Dry Leaves

Although Oregano isn't originally from Latin America and almost exclusively associated with the Mediterranean cuisine, it plays a major role in Peruvian cooking. The fresh and dried leaves are used as condiment in various local dishes.

  • Composition:Selected leaves of oregano and leaf fragments.
  • Packaging:25 Kg. - 50 lbs. Paper bags or Polypaper according to the needs of the customer.
  • Presentation:Multi-purpose paper bags with a weight of 10 to 25 kg depending on customer specifications.

Oregano is added to salads, stews, hot salsas and soups. It is used in herb marinades for meats or is just sprinkle over traditional dishes.
