Quinoto with grilled fish
Wash raw quinoa, pour in a pot, add water and let boil for about 10 mins. Once done, set aside and reserve.
Finely chop white onion and garlic, set aside. In a pan, add oil and sauté onion and garlic. Add white wine and let simmer until the alcohol evaporates.
Mix in quinoa and cream milk. Add salt to taste. In other pan, grill fish. Serve Quinoto with fish in a plate.
